How to Reach Us at Extend


We hope you all had a blessed and happy Thanksgiving last week! It’s hard to believe Christmas is just a few weeks away. At Extend Web Services, we know just how busy this time of year can be, so we want to make sure you know the quickest and most effective methods to reach us when you have questions or need updates to your websites.

The best way to reach us is almost always going to be submitting a support ticket through your Extend account. You can attach files when you submit the ticket if needed. Here are the simple steps to submit a support ticket:

1. Log into your customer portal

2. Click on "Open Ticket."

3. Select the appropriate department.

4. Fill out the ticket form.

5. Click "Submit" at the bottom of page.


If for some reason, submitting the support ticket is not working for you, then you can always email the Extend team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. It is always best to send an email to the support email account rather than an individual Extend team member because the whole team receives those emails. That allows the most appropriate person to answer your question. It also helps us make sure you get an answer in a timely fashion in case one of our team members is out of the office. 


If your question or need would be better addressed by phone, you can reach out to us at 614-586-1380 between 8:30am – 4:30pm Eastern time. Options #1 and #3 are answered by Jennifer Ellis, one of your Extend Customer Support Specialists. Option #2 is answered by Jenn Breymaier, your Extend Sales and Customer Service Specialist. If you have a direct extension for one of our team members, you can go ahead and input the extension instead of choosing Option #1, 2 or 3 even though there is no prompt for putting in an extension. 


We also have a contact form at If you are a current Extend customer, we recommend you use one of the other means of contacting us that we have previously mentioned. This form is designed to be more for potential new customers. 


If you are currently working with an Extend team member on a site redesign or a new website with Extend, the team member you are working with on the site will be your exclusive contact for the website project so be sure to email them specifically or use the link to the form they have provided for your site revisions.
