It has been my pleasure to serve the customers at Extend for the last few years as you seek to reach and rescue the women and families in your community. I have truly enjoyed interacting with each of you and assisting you with whatever it was that you needed.

I want to share with you that I will be moving from Extend Web Services to another department at Heartbeat International, effective July 14th. Before that happens, I want to leave you with a few reminders as you continue to serve the women and families in your communities.

Option Line Live Chat

As an Extend customer, you have the exclusive benefit of having the Option Line Live Chat added to your website. Be sure your information is up-to-date on the Option Line website. This will allow an Option Line consultant to easily connect a client to you at your center. 

Two Different Audiences

Remember that you serve two different audiences! You want your websites to reflect that. It’s best practice to have separate client and supporter websites, if at all possible. If, for some reason, that is not feasible, be sure to keep the homepage client-oriented and filled with content she may be searching for. The Extend team is here to help! No-Cost Website Redesigns

Extend Web Services provides free website redesigns every two years. We have been working through all of our customer accounts and gradually sending out redesign information to those whose websites are due or overdue for a redesign. Think your website might be due? We want to provide fresh, current websites for your clients and supporters. We are moving away from our previous website platform, and all 4 of our new website templates are on WordPress. 1. Log into customer portal

2. Click on "Open Ticket"

3. Select the appropriate department
