3. Choose “IMAP”
4. Incoming mail:

c. Encryption method: SSL/TLS
d. Do not check “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”
5. Outoing mail:
a. Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
b. Port: 465
c. Encryption method: SSL/TLS
d. Do not check “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”

OUTLOOK 2007
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007.
2. At the top of the page click on the 'Tools' menu and then select 'Account Settings...'.
3. Tools > Account Settings...
4. E-mail Accounts
5. Click the 'New' button under the 'Email' tab.
6. Check the box at the bottom for 'Manually configure server settings or additional server types'.
7. Choose “Internet E-Mail”
8. Enter your user information (your name, your email)
9. Server information:
a. Account type: IMAP
b. Incoming mail server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
c. Outgoing mail server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
10. Login Information:
a. Username: Email address
b. Password: Provided PW
11. Click “More Settings”
12. Select “Outgoing Server” tab
13. Check the box for “my outgoing server requires authentication”
14. Select “Log on using”…
a. Username: Email address
b. Password: Provided password
c. Click “Ok” to close that window
d. Click “next” on the main window
e. Click ‘finish”
